Gamlingay is a village of approximately 4000 parishioners situated in South Cambridgeshire, close to the border with Bedfordshire.
The Parish Council consists of 15 councillors, meeting monthly (with the exception of August) and is responsible for the management and maintenance of two closed churchyards, a cemetery, two community buildings (the WI hall and Old Methodist Chapel - see bottom of this page for more details), a playground, recreation ground - including a bowls green and tennis courts and various other open spaces within the village. We also have 88 allotments, managed on our behalf by the Gamlingay Allotment Gardeners Association (GAGA).
The Parish Council office is manned by two part time Clerks - Leanne Bacon and Kirstin Rayner and is situated in the Eco Hub, Stocks Lane, Gamlingay. Office opening hours are;-
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am to 3pm.
